Our Menu
All of our tea beverages are made and perfected by our R&D team in Taiwan, and freshly made in Hong Kong. The starting line-up of drinks we will launch comprises of the below series:
Combining Assam Large Leaf together with fresh magnolias through a multiple-process system, the sweet floral aroma is infused into the tea leaves. The taste is sweet with the elegant fragrance of magnolia coming through. Adding Apricot Kernel Jelly for the final finish makes for the perfect definition of innovation infused with traditional ingredients. This tea also pairs well with fresh fruits.
This light and sweetly refreshing tea consists of dried, candied apples mixed into the sweet, floral Jin Xuan Alpine tea to enhance the flavor of the tea, releasing deep fruity aromas.
Its mellow sweetness combined with its creamy thickness makes this drink a star in its own right. This buttery taro beverage includes puréed root plant that thickens the texture and is then mixed with taro balls and chewy purple rice for that rich and fibrous consistency.
Our home-made Taiwanese brown sugar comes through in this perfectly brewed coffee latte, with a rich caramel, smoky finish that will leave you wanting more. You are forewarned that this sweet, toasty flavour will continue to linger long after the last drop.
Our signature silky premier milk tea, made specially with different high-quality black tea leaves assembled to produce a taste of luxury, is paired with our refreshing and fruity home-made peach-infused black tea jelly for a balanced beverage rich in both flavour and texture.
The toasty flavour TieGuanYin Oolong blended together with milk creates a harmonious milk tea that is fragrant, smooth, and mellow. Enjoy the milk tea on its own or add brown sugar boba, white pearl tapioca or black tea jelly for that rich, chewy texture.
The distinct taste of magnolia in this green tea hits just the right balance on your palate, fresh and fragrant like blossoming flowers. It is topped off with a flavorful cloudy cream cheese foam for an unexpectedly pleasant surprise – slightly sweet and savoury.
Summer in a cup, this refreshing tea beverage is an ode to the long, warm and breezy days of summer. The sweet and sour taste of dried plum breathes life into this classic green tea, adding some zest into your daily tea ritual.
